USDA Weekly Crop Progress Report

OMAHA (DTN) -- The condition of the U.S. corn crop increased slightly while soybean conditions remained unchanged last week, according to USDA NASS's weekly Crop Progress report released on Monday.

Corn silking was 8% and 73% of the crop was rated in good-to-excellent condition.

Soybeans were 94% emerged, with 66% rated in good-to-excellent condition.

Spring wheat has 96% of the crop emerged and 53% is rated in good-to-excellent condition.

NASS estimated U.S. winter wheat condition at 48% good to excellent, down 1 point from 49% the previous week. The crop was 37% harvested.
